to watch people you go on their profile and on the top right corner of the profile (not of the all page) you can find a "watch this deviant" button. Press it and you go to your watch/friend page
To get to your friend page (the one with all the ppl you watch) you click on the "message" tab on the top of your page and you go all the way down and you'll see on your right a list of links and one is entitled "manage your friends". That's the one
